Breading for fish fillets, chicken breast, pork schnitzel, turkey
strips, vegetable slices, or scalloped potato topping.
example:
to bread one chicken breast with our Hardbite Coconut Curry chips flavor
- set your blender on "Pulse" or put in ziplock bag and crunch
up
- add 100 g ( 3 oz ) of Hardbite coconut curry chips
- pulse for 10 seconds (until spreadable)
Spread paste on both sides of chicken breast
Oven baked:
- place on a baking sheet and place in a 375 F degrees oven
- baking time 25 minutes (depending on thickness of chicken breast)
Pan fried:
- use 1/2 oz butter or vegetable oil
- heat pan to medium heat
- place chicken breast in pan, so it sizzles lightly
- fry both sides lightly until golden brown
- Do not over heat the oil and do not let the chicken get too dark.
Do not cover the pan with a lid.
Serve with a fresh seasonal salad, using olive oil and lemon juice
with fresh cracked pepper and good sea salt |
